機種変する前から、使用していたiPhone以外のディバイスではfacebookとメッセンジャーにログインできなくなくなりました。
2年前に、facebookの画面に出るがままに二要素認証を設定しまい、私の落ち度ですが、しっかり設定せずに二要素認証状態になっていまいました。ただ、それ以降、奇跡的にiPhoneだけでfacebookにログインできていました。

何度もパソコンやiPadでトライしましたが、ログインできず。
iPhoneからでは二要素認証も解除できず。
そして、この度機種変後、暫くは機種変したiPhoneでもfacebookにログインできていましたが、一時間位で「ログアウトしました」と出てきて、ログインできなくなりした。
そこから半日以上、二要素認証の解除方法や、リカバリーコードの申請方法を探しましたが、見つかりません。
facebookのヘルプも何度も見ました。
本人確認の書類を載せるリンクはあっても、リンク先がありません。
二要素認証状態だと、ワンパスコードではログインできないらしいですし、そもそも登録しているスマホにそのコードを待っても届きません。
友達のアカウントから私のアカウントを復旧をしてくれようとしましたが結局できませんでした。

他に似た問題を抱えて解決された方がいないか探した際、ここに書き込んで、少ししてfacebookが更新された、という記事を読んだので記載しています。
どうかfacebookがアップデートされ、この問題が解決できるとよいのですが。
facebookが上出来なくなり不便でなりません。。

Stories are amusing. I don’t mind seeing informative hacks here even if they are from sellers of something, just as long as they are informative. E.g. I love seeing Pilates exercises or dance steps here. ( And they are plugging their courses.)

Groups that inform about interests can be great -e.g. recipes, crafts , historical eras, art, types of literature, cultural areas, languages etc
Please promote non- commercial, non-AI scripted groups that serve information on specific interests.

There are some low quality open groups with interesting names but without sufficient moderation that create a bad feeling.

Closed groups for friends are great for organizing activities and discussions. This plus links with friends from a home page is really the core worth.

News- If as a service FB promoted public news sources that strive to objectively report the news (such as the English BBC and the Australian ABC ) it would help people stay connected and more on the same page. Instead they are drifting off into divided camps with sensationalized and false information. People need to be brought together with the best objective reporting there is, ( and properly written scientific papers) and drawn out of paranoid fantasy land.

There is a lot of misogyny on the web. Just clear it out. There is no place for that. Women are people, not sex objects.

Insults and name calling are really not okay either. There has been the shut down of reasonable speech in some circles. Saying what you think and backing it up respectfully and with evidence is the standard to set.

The advertising usually really turns me off. I think you should ban the ones who pretend to have a story about a way to xxx and who then want you to click on a link to buy the information. And get rid of advertisers of goods with a poor reputation.
