After New Deal split up Surf Cowboys apeared as a fun alternative, not taking themselves seriously. Surf Rap and Chevron Garage are brilliant analysis of Luxembourg in the late 80's early 90's. Nowhere to go was their attempt a mainstream AOR. On this version they have added Lions are Kings, recorded with the Luxembourg Lions football team and Smokebusters, an anti tobacco song recorded with John Rech from T42 and Monika from RTL. Some of the songs are really rough on the edges as the production was fairly bad on the later tracks and the mastering was aproximate. But you could see there was a lot of talent packed behind this embrionic release.
