Oh my god, why would i need to download an apps that i will only use it for one time? I am not a frequent customer of pos laju, rarely post out any item, then i want to post out one item in this year using pos laju because it is the nearest courrier. The counter said no more form to be filled, i need to download the apps to send item using poslaju. This is really frustrating, because this apps actually took a really long time to load. I spent 10mins to wait for the loading time, and i just leave the post office, because even after 10 mins the apps still not finish loading. WHY WOULD I NEED TO DOWNLOAD ONE FREAKING APPS FOR ONE TIME USAGE? Please provide device at your post office if you’re going to implement this. Or do a website that can replace the manual form. An apps is ok for frequent user but it is really a burdensome for a one time user like me.

Compare dengan app J&T, memang jauh panggang dari api lah app PosLaju ni. App bukannya memudahkan, tapi lagi menyusahkan. Lepas dah buat payment, tak sempat nak print out AWB, tertekan back and BOOM! You lost your AWB!! Nasib boleh download melalui emel! App half baked. Not even an app, but this is just some website that design to look like app. That’s why this app worse. Not to mentioned that you need to print out your AWB by yourself?! And you only know that after you’ve paid. I didn’t expect this since im always use J&T and I don’t need to print out anything. Just go to counter, show the barcode, then J&T staff will print the AWB for you. That’s the point you make app. Utk mudahkan user. Bukan menyusahkan nak kena fill up form dekat app separuh masak macam ni, pastu kena TERUS BAYAR, then kena print sendiri bagai. Srsly, tak convenient langsung. Sungguh menyusahkan.

I know this is not a right place to talk about this. I just want you,PosLaju Malaysia and whoever reading this to know. This is the worst delivery service you will ever used. My parcel stucks at the wrong place for a long time,they told me to collect it at there. I give feedbacks through email a lot of times and they will give their useless reason to not deliver it to the right place. So disgusting,the way they treat the customer,the way they took our money and not even fulfill their job. If you cannot make a good delivery services,please just close this,we have many other delivery services that are so much better. Fix it or stop it.
