I appreciate all the updates and improvements
But please kindly add a select all messages button that allows one highlights all there messages and delete them with a tap. It’s so difficult having to delete each person’s message one after the other,I joined Facebook since 2014,it will take me days if not weeks to sit down and delete all my messages from 2014 till date. I am concerned about those messages because of the way hackers easily gets into peoples Facebook account these days .
A clean app ruined by incessant redirecting of shared links to webpages.
The app has a very clean UI with nice animations here and there but I always scream “not again” whenever I click on a Facebook post sent to me via my Messenger DM and the messenger app suddenly redirects me to my phone browser instead of opening the said post on the Facebook app. I have literally explored all the possible options in messenger and Facebook app settings to prevent this from happening but nothing seems to fix this life threatening bug. If I had wanted to view/browse through Facebook via web, I wouldn’t have installed any of the apps on my phone in the first place. This is literally stressing my life and please something needs to be done about this.

Please my messenger has been having issues and this the 10th time I have deleted and installed it back on my phone and after maybe 3days or 2days it stops working and automatically stops opening and it’s just wasting my data I keep deleted and installing it back and this is the 10th time am doing it but the problem still continues. I hope there would be a way to solve this issue because am really disappointed and tired of deleting and installing the app because without it I can’t access my Facebook messages. Please I will be really glad If something is done about this issue,am really tired and it’s just a waste of data by deleting and installing it back after three days or two..that’s just a waste of data...please I will be glad if this problem is fixed. Thanks 🙏
