a timeless classic
I saw this movie as a 10 year-old kid and was truthfully more amazed about the music than the movie. Diana Ross is perfect as Dorothy and Michael is actually quite good,never saw him as an actor before. Quincy Jones remains one of the best producers around,when you hear this album you will agree that this will go down as a timeless classic,to be passed on to the generations to come.
Feel Good
This is a amazing album. Most songs are real pearls. Diana Ross and Michael Jackson at their height peaks. This production by Quincy Jones is all you whish for: Dance, Soul, funky, Jazzy, and ballads where it's difficult not to cry ( listen to 'Believe in yourself' by Diana Ross!). I agree: the movie is old fashioned now a days but it's the music here that we should listen to and adore. Eat your heart out!
