Forging a nervous truce between the worlds of progressive sludgecore and metalcore, Providence, RI's Howl were formed in 2006 and consist of vocalist/guitarist Vincent Hausman, guitarist Andrea Black, bassist Robert Icaza, and drummer Timmy St. Amour.
