Biography

Steff Nevers is a Norwegian contemporary country singer who made his album debut in 2009 to both critical acclaim and commercial success. Born in 1975 in Drammen, Norway, he cites the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Alan Jackson, and Garth Brooks among his influences. Upon signing a recording deal with AGR Television Records in association with Universal Music, Nevers made his album debut in 2009 with Closest to My Heart. The songs "Closest to My Heart" and "One Beer a Day" were released as promotional singles, and Closest to My Heart reached the Top Ten of the Norwegian albums chart.
