Best album since Stripped!

This would have to be the best album I have ever heard since Stripped! Of course I'm a little bi-ist because I'm a huge fan haha.

Bionic starts of with the catchy dance track which the album itself is named after "Bionic" followed by the club hit single "Not Myself Tonight" the dancey songs continue on with personal interludes from Christina including her son and hubby. Things begin to slow down at track 11 with "Lift Me Up" and continues right through to the amazing "You Lost Me". This album is sure to please fans incorporating the best of her debut album, Stripped, and Back to Basics!

All though for the unitiated Christina Aguilera fans I reccomend listeing to her greatest hits album. She has an amazing voice which becomes extremely addictive and moves right through your body.

I definately reccomend buying this album! (:

Love it

This album is great. I love it. It is so catchy and although it takes a little getting used to, as it is so different from Christinas previous albums, once you have heard it a few times you'll absolutely love it. It is true to her style as she reinvents herself for each new album and it really shows that she can pull off any genre of music. May have liked to have a few more songs along the same lines of "Not myself tonight" though. Big thumbs up from me. Christina = Love.

Disappointing

Having listened through the short extracts of each song, I have to credit Christina for releasing a 24 track album when most artists these days only release 10 track albums. That said, there are less than ten songs I would listen to on this album and it doesn't really start to get interesting until track 16 apart from Not Myself Tonight and Woohoo. I miss the old Christina, this album is far too over-produced and dance music influenced without the actual dance music - I had high hopes after such a long break and the brilliance of Stripped, oh well... :(

Biography

Born: 18 December 1980 in Staten Island, NY

Genre: Pop

Years Active: '90s, '00s, '10s

A leader in the parade of Mickey Mouse Club veterans who stormed pop at the turn of the millennium, Christina Aguilera was the sexy, brassy diva of the bunch — the Rolling Stones to Britney Spears’ Beatles, as it were. Initially, it was difficult to see Christina outside of the prism of Britney, whose 1999 success launched the new millennium's teen pop boom, but Christina’s big hits of 1999 — “Genie in a Bottle,” “What a Girl Wants,” “Come on Over” — more than held their own with...
