Worked well for a little bit, then it has logged me out and is trying to make me sign up again. When I do that, it simply does not load. I click continue after filling in first, last name and phone number and it pretends to load and then cancelled. Tried again after reloading the app and this time it wouldn’t even let me type in the last name field.
The website is much better. Perhaps I’ll edit my review if the issues are fixed.

Edit: How on earth does this app show a rating of 5/5 based on two feedbacks when there are literally hundreds of one star reviews??

Man- so disappointed. I got frustrated with the performance of the old version so deleted it and used website. Got excited when I saw the ‘new and refreshed’ version so downloaded it. Well 24h on and I’ve deleted the new version and gone back to the website for updates. The sort function doesn’t work, parcels are missing from the tracking list and the refresh time is waaaay too long. This day and age a fully functioning tracking app for our national mail service surely shouldn’t be this hard. Just disappointed I can’t give it less than one star as the most recent version is somehow WORSE than the old bug riddled one. Tell me you’re an NZ SOE without telling me you’re an NZ SOE.

I used to use this on a daily basis to pop in tracking numbers and keep track of them. There was no need for any sign in/account nonsense. An account/sign in is not needed to track packages in their website. It used to be a simple list interface where you can add tracking numbers to a field. Now when you open the app you're faced with a sign in and cannot use it at all without that. Furthermore, the entire interface is now bloated by menus, floating buttons and other usual gadget nonsense. It's easier to just use the webpage now. Would give half a star if it was an option.
