Biography

Drummer Sharon Heather and singer/guitarist Christy Kane met in New Orleans in 2002, and soon began working up material as Hazard County Girls. Sean Yseult (ex-White Zombie) and Katie Campbell (Nashville P***y) both held down the bass position before Jennifer K finally got the job. With the lineup solidified, the trio took their show on the road, and soon made the South and beyond their little plaything. A few singles and compilation appearances followed before the Never No More LP dropped from Wooden Wheel in late 2002. It showcased the Hazard County Girls' dark union of sludgy riffs, droll vocals, and pummeling percussion.
