App is easy to use and has really nice, intuitive interface. When it comes to buying tickets it’s very smooth. Also when it comes to contact the support it takes some time but they are very helpful after they catch up with you

Never had any issues with the app and helpdesk responded to my query in 15 minutes solving a problem I caused by mistake and sending tickets on mail and sharing them through the app.

No refunds will be given for a canceled event
No refunds for a canceled event. Tickets were purchased through the app, however the refund button was blocked after the event was canceled. The support button in the app does not work, sends to the website with a form that does not work. I managed to get through to the support team only via email, but even they write in their reply that all complaints only through that non-working form
