Dzięki aplikacji ORLEN Pay zyskujesz możliwość dokonania zapłaty za zatankowane paliwo bezpośrednio przy dystrybutorze bez konieczności wchodzenia do sklepu. Aby skorzystać z usługi, wystarczy dokonać rejestracji użytkownika. Możesz dodać do aplikacji swoją kartę płatniczą lub skorzystać z innych dostępnych metod płatniczych. Po zatankowaniu należy smartfonem zeskanować kod QR znajdujący się na dystrybutorze, potwierdzić dane transakcji i zatwierdzić transakcję PINem lub poprzez funkcje biometryczne urządzenia. Na podany podczas rejestracji adres mailowy otrzymasz fakturę za dokonaną transakcję. Ponadto możesz przeglądać historię swoich transakcji, edytować dane, zbierać punkty Vitay, czy też korzystać z kuponów promocyjnych. Dodaj swoje karty rabatowe Biznes Tank lub Kartę Dużej Rodziny i korzystaj z przysługujących rabatów. Dodatkowo ta wersja aplikacji umożliwi mobilny zakup wybranych towarów np. płynu do spryskiwaczy. Na wybranych stacjach dokonasz też zakupu kodów do myjni.

Using the ORLEN Pay application, you get the opportunity to pay for fueled up directly at the dispenser without having to visit the store. To use the service, simply register the user. You can add your payment card to the application or use other available payment methods. After refueling, use a smartphone to scan the QR code located on the distributor, confirm the transaction details and confirm the transaction with a PIN or via biometric functions. You will receive an invoice for the transaction to the email address provided during registration. In addition, you can view your transaction history, edit data, collect Vitay points or use promotional coupons. Add your ,,Biznes Tank” or ,,Karta Dużej Rodziny” cards and enjoy the discounts you have. In addition, this version of the application will allow the mobile purchase of selected goods, e.g. windscreen washer fluid. At selected stations you will also buy car wash codes.

Great concept
I love the idea of paying right at the fuel dispenser, especially considering the current situation.
Having said that, the app still requires a lot of work, it still displays error messages that don’t tell me what’s going on, and the UX is far from perfect.

This is amazing app but......
I discovered the app some weeks ago. And this made “wow” effect. Easy to use, convenient and modern. Filing up the gas and paying is easy and less time consuming. I LOVED the app but..... This is not working. Not working for over 1 week. Of course - I do understand that this could happen. It is just life. But this should be absolute priority for Orlen to squeeze and repair. I think that 1 week with no working app is not acceptable.
Some time ago I made a decision that I would like to support local companies leaving my money therein. Orlen - I would love to support you buying your gas. But you do not allow me....
Mr Obajtek - please show us that the customers are important and the technology is important for Orlen. And motivate the team that Orlen comes back to 21st digital world...

100% fails
The app was great and was working perfectly fine for 1 or 2 years. Since a few months the app constantly fails while trying to perform any payment - usually it even doesn't display any amount and just saying „processing payment”. And nothing happens. Sometimes, after payment confirmation it blocks the money from a card, but at the station the bill still needs to be payed. Come on, how could you break the usefull app that was very convenient and just working?

We identified an error with some customers that manifested itself as a crash on the authorization screen. We are currently verifying the reasons for its occurrence. We suspect that the problem may be related to the IOS update to version 15. Is it possible to turn the phone off and on completely before the next transaction in Orlen Pay? Please download the latest version of the application from the store in advance.
