Old media, please move over
Is show is a place where true discussion can take place and if given enough time (still trying to get more than 24 minutes) a great deal mire could be explored. Unlike the other "talk shows", the stream concentrates on the people that invovled, the real boots on the ground, and often times the voices that are often umheard of by most media outlets. the real social issues discussed by real people. we are all part of the stream. the choice is whether you want to be the sediment at the bottom, or engage and ride the current of change, be it good or bad.
Good depth, but could be longer
FIrst of all I have to congratulate this show on being the only newscast I've seen that is able to incorporate traditional media elements with the emerging influences of the digital age in an effective manner. The Stream also does a great job of dissecting news stories instead of giving the general overviews that many outlets provide, which are just wastes of time if you can't take anything new from a story. The Stream's website is also a great tool for reviewing the content provided during the show. However, with so many media platforms used during the show, and some occasional technological hiccups, it could be benefited by more length.
Ummm
Pathetic
