Excellent Advise for Leaders/Managers/Trend-Setters
This podcast presents a wonderful distillation of many of Karl Edwards’ ideas and insights into formulating a healthy culture of work. His tips are both practical and insightful. He covers issues of personal/professional development, and how to more effectively relate to others in our various work settings. (I work in academic administration at UC Berkeley.) Each podcast is formatted as a dialogue/interview, which makes for a fun listen. Highly recommended!
