Thanks guys for this amazing content , i've been enjoying it alot lately & i normally understand 95% of what yall been sayin' 🤍🤍 however, I got a question ?

Do listening everyday to the podcasts without using pen and paper to write notes going to improve my english after like 1 month period ? Because i want to pass FCE cambridge test ( B2 level ) and im a B1 student at the moment .
