Real life heroes should listen to this
First of all, kudos to Jason Hartman for even having the idea to devote a podcast to the special people who, as we learned on 9-11, run into burning buildings while everyone else is running out. It's a well-known fact that no amount of salary can possibly compensate these real-life heroes for what they do. With that being said, I really got into the 2nd Heroic Investing Show where you learn how some cop working full-time managed to accumulate 100 investment properties, starting with only one thousand bucks. I'm starting to figure out how the rich people in America got that way and am definitely looking forward to more of these podcasts. If you're one of the thousands of emergency workers afraid your pension might not be there when you need it, here's a way you might be able to make up the difference with income property investing.
Only Jason would think of a way to help those that help others!
I love that Jason has created a podcast to help those who risk their lives every day to protect us, and don't make a heck of a lot of money while doing it. If anyone deserves to build up wealth for themselves and their families, it would be these fantastic public servants.
WOW! Great idea.
Great podcast dedicated to those who serve our country. What better target audience, as well. Most people who serve the public, such as fire fighters, policeman and many others, strictly rely on the government to take care of them upon retirement, I love that this podcast is meant to educate those folks so that they can take care of themselves and enjoy their retirement. Well done!
