Digestible Dispute Resolution
This is the best, if not the only, international dispute resolution podcast that I have found. It is fitting that Michael McIlwrath, a dynamic, leading personality in this space, continues to develop new media to teach and educate students, practitioners, and consumers on the evolution of dispute negotiation. McIlwrath is at the forefront of a growing body of discussion on this topic and he effortessly communicates his ideas, and those of his peers, in this collection of punchy, carefully considered interviews. The interviews are topical, entertaining, and informative. For those of you interested in this area of law, put down the books and download this podcast!
The Divine Comedy of International Dispute Resolution
These podcasts are Uffizi quality masterworks, but more practical and useful. McIlwrath on International Dispute Negotiation is the new "Prosser on Torts" or "Weinstein on Evidence." Anyone who practices international dispute resolution today (and who doesn't) should be tuned in to this podcast. Before you get on the flight to Paris, Geneva, Kuala Lampur, London, Stockholm, Singapore or Rio for your next arbitration, download a few episodes and listen in.....because your adversary will have done so already.
High Value In Short Podcasts
Interviewer Michael McIlwrath brings deep knowledge of alternative dispute resolution to his highly informative conversations with a global cast of mediators, arbitrators, consumers of legal services, academics and others concerned with making dispute resolution more efficient and fair. There's a tremendous amount of practical information and intellectual provocation in these brief and very listenable podcasts.
