Sarah is a Legacy!
Thanks for this podcast...if you've never seen Sarah live in concert, make sure you do next time she tours!! It is amazing.
DMC's Journey
Hearing DMC explain how Sarah's music touched his soul was amazing and genuine, then to hear his story of meeting her and recording "Just Like Me" at her home studio was vicariously awesome, thanks for sharing that story Darrell!! What a great journey for you and what a song for everyone who had been adopted. It only confirms my belief that there is truly something very special about Sarah's gift and where it subjectively takes people. Makes you wonder where that gift comes from?
Hearing how music effects people's lives is always interesting
Mr. McDaniel's description of how her music has effected his life was fascinating. It's hard to imagine that artists, even ones who have had a large influence on a generation, can be fans as well. That is a tribute to Ms. McLachlan and her genuine, almost organic approach to music. I look forward to more episodes!
