Surprisingly insightful… covers the Arab Spring well
I discovered this podcast from Voice of America last year and they really do some great reporting on events in Syria, Egypt and Islamophobia in the United States. Some of there Syria coverage is particularly poignant and moving. It looks like they've shortened the show so it's a lot faster moving. Give it a listen.
