Spend your weekend exploring, discovering and learning about Montgomery County's famous Agricultural Reserve. Historic images, coupled with contemporary shots, allow you to stand in the landscape today and imagine life long ago. Broken into five chapters, this 61-mile scenic tour drives along many of this county’s rural and rustic roads, which lead to historic crossroads communities and along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal. Civil War activity figures prominently in many of the chapters.
