Mark Bittman, author of numerous cookbooks and New York Times contributor submits some of his videos from his NYT articles. His specialty is to produce elegantly simple recipies that anyone can do. Emphasis on good ingrediants and basic skills as opposed to elaborate chef productions. His easygoing style is very pleasant to watch. No histronics (bam) here. Just good cooking.
The only cooking show I can pay attention to
Online or TV, the Minimalist is the only guy making stuff that I might actually try out. The recipes look great & are practical. Best of all, his mellow-dude vibe is in stark contract to the hopped-up crazies over on the Food network.
Where are the old episodes?
This is very good podcast, but I can't download any of old episodes. I tried, but it reports: Error 404 No file founded. I hope someone will solve this soon.
