Customer Reviews
Can be useful if you can stand the clown in charge.
I keep downloading this because they offer some really useful tips, but I cant manage to get through an entire episode because of Scott Kelby's inane clown act. I feel bad for Matt Kloskowski, who always appears to be the butt of Kelby's stupid verbal diarehea, because he's clearly the one who should be in charge. Dave Cross apes Kelby and is more irritating than your average network weatherman, but Kelby is the one that is ruining the show and NAPP. He improved for an episode or two, but was eventually back to (its actually worse now, prompting this review) his lame humor. My company recently offered me the chance to go to one of his seminars, and I declined, that's too much money to spend on something which, if like this podcast, will be 65% inane prattle. Its too bad, because as I said, I usually learn some useful things from this podcast, when I am able to finish one. The bottom line is that there are several other podcasts where you will get just as much info, without having to spend a ton of time fast-forwarding (and then rewinding when you overshoot) Mr. Kelby, if you read this: Please tone your "humor" down. In an show that averages 30 or so minutes, there is at least 10+ minutes of your so called jokes, that's too much time wasted. I will miss this podcast, but I wont miss Scott Kelby.
Great topic but the host is annoying
The subject of Photoshop is strong enough to stand on its own. There is no need to fill the show with stupid banter between the hosts. The heavy set host (can't remember his name) fails miserably at being funny. I wish they would stop joking around and just talk about Photoshop. Be professional don't be stupid.
These Guys Are Awesome
I've been watching Photoshop TV since the first episode and I have to say it's the best podcast (Photoshop or any other for that matter) out there. These guys know how to do it. They're incredibly informative, easy to follow, and their tips and tutorials are absolutely the best out there. Best of all, they make it fun and that's what'll keep me coming back every week. If you watch one podcast every week, make sure it's this one.
