Stitched Vision | I saw Newcastle’s Stitched Vision perform over summer, and was blown away by the gorgeous noise that he conjured. So I was stoked to have him play in the studio! | 7/17/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

The Townhouses | A solo project of Melbourne’s Leigh Hannah, The Townhouses make gorgeous, shimmering instrumental pop. He came into the studio to do it live-to-air and chat. | 7/4/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Neil Finn (Interview) | Neil Finn has an arsenal of songs - in fact, his three(ish) decades of songwriting for Crowded House, Split Enz and his solo career make up one of the most formidable catalogs in the world. So when he starts a new band - as he’s done with Pajama Club - we take notice. It was a huge thrill to chat to him about it. | 6/6/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Mike Noga | He’s best known as the Drones’ drummer, but Mike Noga shares that group’s knack for great storytelling and great songwriting. He came into the studio for a chat and a handful of songs. | 5/16/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Holly Throsby | She may be quite far on the twee side of the Radiant sound, but Holly Throsby works harder than almost anyone I’ve had on the show. Take her session on Radiant for example - she came straight into the studio off the back of 19 dates around Australia, and still managed to charm all listening with an increasingly rare performance of some of her great folk/pop songs. | 5/1/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Anna Chase | Anna Chase may have started out playing more experimentally-focused gigs, but she’s got a pop sensibility that makes for some striking music. She was kind enough to bring a bunch of instruments into the studio to perform live, as well as have a chat. | 4/24/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Jamie Hutchings | Jamie Hutchings ruled a year ago on Radiant, so with a new album in the pipeline, I was stoked to have him come in for a second appearance. This time he was joined by Scott and Reuben on drums and bass, and even a broken string after the opening song couldn’t stop him from playing us a handful of songs from his new record Avalon Cassettes, plus a rendition of Bluebottle Kiss’ So Slow. | 4/17/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Independent Record Store panel | With Record Store Day 2011 looming, I invited folks from three of my favourite independent record stores - Repressed, Red Eye and Beatdisc - to come and discuss their stores and guest program some tracks. It ended up being one of the liveliest chats we’ve had in the studio. Check it out and check out your local indie store! | 4/11/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Tiny Ruins | I first saw New Zealand’s Tiny Ruins last year and was instantly hooked. And a homemade cd of her tunes certainly didn’t dissuade me. So I was very happy when she was back in the country and able to come onto Radiant for a live set and a chat. Get to know the gorgeous folk stylings of Tiny Ruins with this week’s podcast. | 3/7/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Rebuilding The Rights Of Statues | Rebuilding The Rights Of Statues (aka Re-TROS) are a great Chinese band who came to Australia supporting their heroes Gang of Four. I was lucky enough to have them in the studio for an interview and a live song, which was played using an unusual arrangement for the typically guitar-driven group - a loop, keys, tambourine and vocals. The result was great, as was the interview - a great insight into the Chinese indie scene. | 2/27/11 | Free | View In iTunes |
