Evolution by Intention: Designing a Life | We know only too well that ‘reality’ shapes our lives; and that we must capitulate to the greater forces ‘out there’ that determine our fate. For some, that is an undeniable truth. And yet for others, it carries no more weight than that of an invitation or suggestion. | 6/23/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

MS: A Turn of the Kaleidoscope | Eva Marsh - and the voice for an alternative in the world of MS. With an undergraduate degree in Physics (Magna C** Laude); and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Eva heard the diagnosis at the tender age of 21 that could have ended life as she knew it. Instead, she chose to live her life, her way! International speaker and author of ‘Black Patent Shoes: Dancing with MS’, Eva brings the truth of her experience to bear, in a way that can help you, help yourself. | 6/16/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Creating Change in School - Part 2 | It’s not easy being a teacher in today’s educational environments. Expectations are broad for those who are charged to walk a narrow path... filled with constraints, directives and consequences for missing the mark. Some teachers face the daily drama of weapons checks and violence in the hallowed halls of learning; while others must contend with the unspoken need for them to parent their young charges who arrive unfed and without benefit of someone at home who can and will care. | 6/9/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Mental Health: A new view from a different window | Sometimes, because we don’t know what else to do instead, we just keep doing the same-old/same-old, hoping that one day we’ll be surprised and it will have made a difference. Despite the ever-increasing use of pharmaceuticals without results; and the frequently compromising and sometimes deadly consequences of doing just that, we persist... devoid of alternatives and unwilling to simply give up and settle for the misery we have come to know so well. | 6/2/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Moving beyond a sound-byte life | It’s a busy world! Most of us, living busy lives on tight schedules, struggle to finish this ‘to-do’ list before we have to start the next. In our desire to get it all done, we separate, disconnect and compartmentalize the flow of our lives into manageable, bite-size chunks of outcomes and responsibilities.... and then we call that ‘living’! There are other ways to live - and for that, we have to stop... take a long, hard look in the mirror... and own what looks back at us. Far beyond the desire to finally catch up to ourselves, we can create lives that make room not only for the truth of who we are but for the unfolding potential of who we desire to become. Imagine living your life that way, not only for your own wellbeing but for the invitation you can become to the people you care about, to create that for themselves. | 5/26/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Birthing a New Paradigm ~ The Mother Daughter Dance Guest Host: Naomi Irons-Hill | The Mother-Daughter relationship can be one of the most complex experiences. As adults, the tangled web of expectations and stories can keep us held captive to past events and experiences that continue to replicate the context within which we have come to know ourselves. | 5/19/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Sheila Winter Wallace-Discovering Self in Awakening the Body... The Power of BSI (BodySpirit Integration) | These days, we look to fix our lives and our bodies so that we can feel good about being ourselves. We talk about climbing the ladder to success, paying our dues, keeping up with the Jones's. The trajectory of, first, we must achieve something, so, then, we can do what we think we need to do, in order to become whom we would like to be, is tied to what we think will make us acceptable to ourselves and our collectives. | 5/12/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Standing Alone Guest Host: Lisa J. Weiss | Often we feel that we must go it alone, that we must shoulder the burden all by ourselves. Is this true? Although each of us is on our own individual journey we are alone only if we choose this for ourselves. In this episode we will explore the notion of standing alone and not being alone; that when we choose to look around we will see others, on their journey standing and or walking beside us, creating a community that goes beyond the physical space we share. | 5/5/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Death and Dying: Reconsidering the Inevitable Journey | As the saying goes: In life, there are only two things you can be sure of - death and taxes. Yet, despite its inevitability, we are often confronted with our own fear, uncertainty and resistance to the idea of 'death'. What is 'death'? What happens to us when we die? Where do we go and how do we get there? These questions are often left unexplored, with the consequence of generating more fear, sufficient to destabilize us. | 4/28/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Birthing a New Paradigm ~ Intimately Reclaiming Yourself Guest Host: Naomi Irons-Hill | Are you seeking depth and intimacy in your relationships and/or with yourself? This conversation will invite you to discover intimacy from within as a way of being and as a way to co-create authentic meaning in relationships (marriage, parenting, friendships etc), rather then the outdated alternative of looking outside yourself to 'get' what you need from another, or on the flip side to 'give' what you think they need. | 4/21/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Alzheimer's: A Personal Journey | In today's world, many struggle with the challenges of Alzheimer's and a range of other diagnosed dementias. Decloak, engage and manifest! | What does it take to transform a life? Do you have to become an 'expert', ensuring that you have all the right answers, before you should take action? Just how hard is it to create change in our lives? And how long does it take? | 4/7/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Compromise: Virtue or Vice? | Through the cultural conditioning that becomes the framework for the structure of our ‘reality’, women are shaped to be the caretakers of relationships. Whether as mother, daughter; sister or wife; ours is to preserve the peace in the relationship and ensure its sustainability... no matter what! Regardless of the emotional, spiritual or Identity cost to ourselves, our primary consideration is the needs and interests of others - and the consequences to ourselves should we fail to notice. | 3/31/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Birthing a New Paradigm ~ Conscious Parenting Guest Host: Naomi Irons-Hill | Birthing a New Paradigm requires that we as parents, grandparents, birth professionals, teachers, community leaders etc. redefine who and what we are as human beings. As we begin to create this new level of thinking we can discover ourselves through our experiences, as expressions of Lifeforce in tissue, similar in our physical structure but unique in our expression! | 3/24/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Tribal Awakening: Healing and Reclamation of the Indigenous Spirit | Over time, we have drifted far from our roots. Through decades and generations of events - most of which have been beyond our control - we have sought to make do and get by... slowly losing ourselves to the ever-present memories of our immediate past and the despairing weight of our immediate future. We seem to have lost our way, back to ourselves. | 3/17/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Whispers from Within: Writing for Self-Discovery | "You already have what you need to redesign your life!" How often have we heard that expression and yet, for far too many of us, we continue to believe that we are missing what we need to effectively change our lives? For centuries, people have kept diaries, tracking the time and place of events in their lives; as well as noting those present and their impact (reporting on an external world). Others have taken this experience and moved more deeply into themselves, seeking to journal and capture their internal responses to an external event, coming closer to the core of finding the key to their own evolution (reporting on an internal world). | 3/10/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Power, Passion and Purpose: The Edge of Potential | Recently, we had the opportunity to explore the topic of 'Women and Rage', discovering that Fire, the element of transformation, is the energetic force that fuels our capacity to engage meaningfully in our own lives. In this first exploration, we looked at the ways that Fire moves and causes us to press up against that which no longer serves us, finding that the underpinnings of women's rage is bolted to having spent so much of our lives beings silent and being still. | 3/3/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Birthing a New Paradigm Guest Host: Naomi Irons-Hill | Birth holds the potential to become a gateway. A powerful experience of Lifeforce in tissue, allowing us to re-birth ourselves, while bringing new life into our world. Women have been giving birth for many many generations. How often do we stop to ask ourselves- what impact does the way we choose to move through our world have on our own experiences of pregnancy, birth and ultimately how our children then choose to shape their worlds. Do we even realize we are choosing ourselves or other then ourselves, in each moment throughout this entire process and beyond? | 2/24/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Voices and Choices: Re-birth for Women | As a practicing Doula, Naomi Irons knows well the power of the forces that make birth possible and the propagation of the species, viable. As a Certified CODE Model Coach™, she has discovered that just as the body offers a mechanism and process to give birth to another human life, so the body offers a mechanism and process for us to re-birth ourselves. Women and Rage! | There are times when it's difficult for women to come to terms with the depth, immensity and intensity of emotion that runs through them... particularly if that emotion is rage! It's not nice for women to know rage, intimately. Although many women have become adept at facing into and managing the rage of others, to know that force from within - as an aspect of her own being - can be overwhelming, given the cultural myths that surround what it is to be a woman... and what it can never be. | 2/3/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Signals Dancing™: Accelerating Evolution | There are lots of different ways to see the world... and given the rapidly escalating intensity of the change occurring around the planet, we would do well to see our world through new eyes! Signals Dancing™ is one in a series of original models that combine to create the WEL-Systems® body of knowledge. This way of looking at what moves inside us (where we live) and around us, offers a shift in perspective that invites us to take a step back and re-evaluate the truth of our experience without getting lost in the content of that experience. Drawing on a live recording from "Engaging and Awakening Others" - one of the five-day WEL-Systems intensives - this excerpt brings an invitation to pause; revisit our experience through different perceptual filters; and engage mindfully from this moment.. and move on. Join Louise as she shares one of the many provocative and intimate moments that are both an essential part of a WEL-Systems intensive; and the hallmark of the power of their impact. | 1/20/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

WEL-Systems:NLP - The Power of Perspective | NLP - or Neuro Linguistic Programming - has been around since the early '70's. More than 30 years have passed and yet, the growth of this body of knowledge continues to be constrained by the context within which it has been encouraged to evolve. One of the key presuppositions of NLP is that all meaning is context dependent. If this is so (and it is!), what becomes possible if we expand the context for NLP from that of a Newtonian expression to that of a Quantum Biological experience? Who might we become willing to recognize, reclaim and engage as an expression of our own potential? | 1/13/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Penetrating Cultural Coma | As a new year begins, so does the dance of the 'resolution' for change. All those promises to ourselves... walking the edge of the sword as we move between giving up the familiar that we see as the cause of the problem, and taking on the unfamiliar in the hope that it will become the solution! Maybe this time, it will last longer than 10 days.... But what about the much bigger picture? What about the world through which we move; the one that has shaped us through family and culturally ingrained beliefs, values and attitudes; and far too often, continues to do so long after we think we are indeed, our own person? How effective can we be in redesigning our lives if we are unable to see the invisible one that holds such sway over our ability to be true to ourselves? | 1/6/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Clearing Space for New Beginnings | As the end of one year fast approaches, the beginning of the new one beckons. In truth, it is more about the rhythms and cycles of our questions, flowing through the long curved lines of our unfolding... than it ever is about the straight lines and sharp angles of our answers. The Ancient Hawaiians knew well what was required to clear space that we might learn, let go and live more fully... allowing what was to inform and expand our potential; and allowing what might be to take shape in a world of our own design. | 12/30/10 | Free | View In iTunes |

Out of the Shadows | Some time ago, when this radio show was first launched, we explored the topic of ‘Coming Out of the Shadows’ with guest Sheila Winter Wallace (Episode 2). Now, more than 9 months later, we revisit this topic with the intention of noticing and capturing the movement in our own lives, with the passage of time. How has your life changed in the last 9 months? If this were to represent a time of gestation for the birth of a new way of being, who have you become? How do you now move through your world: what’s different, what has stayed the same... and what’s next? Join Louise as she revisits not only the experience of what it takes to come out of the shadows but explores the implications of having done so. Families: Hope, habit and beyond! | The one thing we can all admit to is that none of us is hatched! Whatever its shape or form; whether by accident or by design, family - and all that goes with it! - has an impact on us all. For all the families that enjoy being together, there are the ones that struggle... with each other and against what have come to feel like the chains that bind. Today, our notion of 'family' has become fluid; and given that our families are a reflection of who we are, there is hope for us all as we choose to come face-to-face with ourselves and each other. It's never too late as we redesign how we define 'family' in meaningful ways... and let go of what keeps us small. | 12/16/10 | Free | View In iTunes |

Being Selfish Guest Host: Lisa Jordan Weiss | "You are being selfish." We've all heard those words before and, in our current cultural conditioning it usually means we are doing something wrong; that we are being bad. What does being Selfish really mean? The current definition of the word Selfish is 'caring too much about oneself and not enough about others.' We are taught from an early age 'not' to be selfish; to think about and put others, first. What if there is another way to consider the word Selfish? To put our selves first. What kind of world would we create for our Selves? Join Lisa and her guest Naomi Irons as they explore how different our lives can be when we allow ourselves to be Self-ish. Authenticity in the Workplace Guest Host: Lisa Jordan Weiss | All we want is to be accepted for who we are, wherever we are, and we spend the majority of our time at work. Yet work is the one place many of us feel we cannot be our authentic self, it is the one place we may feel we have to leave a part of who we are at the door to be reclaimed once the day is done. The masks that we wear in order to be accepted and part of the team creates a barrier for our authentic self to emerge, the question is, is it necessary? What if there was a way for us to be our authentic selves, at work? What kind of an environment would we create for ourselves? BVA's in the Workplace | BVA's - beliefs, values and attitudes - determine the lives we create for ourselves and each other. They are the underpinnings of what we notice and how we define it; and they determine what we choose to do about it. BVA's in the workplace can propel us forward or make our lives miserable. Creating Change in School | School is the place where our children 'go to work'. Without the power to choose, they are expected to spend their days in the company of each other; and with the adults who self-select to educate them on the fundamentals, as well as indoctrinate them into the cultural expectations to come. And yet, we're beginning to notice that our children are often struggling to get through their days - and some are living miserable lives! | 11/11/10 | Free | View In iTunes |

The Power of our Birth Language | Everything creates a vibration, especially language. Language is a strong vibration, the words we speak move through our bodies creating cues we don't know we don't know. Have you ever considered how much of our Selves is wrapped up in our birth language? Or, considered the impact our birth language has on where we are willing to go inside of our Selves? Parenting for the Birthright of Potential | One of the most protected 'sacred cows' in any culture is that of parenting. And yet, parenting is the fundamental process that makes it possible for one person to mold and shape the future of another and ultimately, a culture. Are we up for it?
