Good Info - Bad Delivery

I love the insights and points of view of both Mo and Ryan. If find their perspectives illuminating and usually spot on as far as "Mad Men" goes. It's a treat to hear about certain little gems from the show that I missed during my own viewing.

But, I must say, Mo's delivery renders the podcast nearly impossible to follow. Her clumsy speech pattern "like, you know, I don't know, I just think that..." and all the stammering are incredibly annoying. Furthermore, both hosts and the guests seem to rely too much on prefacing their remarks to the point of distraction: "As I wrote on my blog..."; "I know it has already been pointed out, but..." It feels like there is more filler stammering than topic in this podcast and I can't imagine staying with it unless the hosts tighten up their deliveries, which is too bad because they have a lot to offer.

Good, but needs much better audio

I love(d) Maureen Ryan"s Mad Men reviews in The Chicago Tribune"s website, I like both Ryans" comments here, but the awful audio is turning me off! It really makes it difficult to listen to.

Please fix this to make it a first-rate podcast!

A little TV R&R

The snoopy dance is being danced at the Jackson houshold because two of my favorite Ryans are doing what they do best, talking TV. Their companionship duing the final season of Lost enhanced my enjoyment of the show and I'm looking forward to many more entertaining hours of TV talk from this podcast. Let's fire up the MP3 player, I'll put on the popcorn and lets talk TV!
