Tuesday, March 30 was the premiere episode of The New Storytellers! A new dialogue series hosted by me, Michael Margolis. The Topic: The Future of Storytelling and Society What is this “bigger notion” of storytelling about? When do you know that a story needs to shift? How do you find and frame a bigger story? A New Vision for Storytelling Our definitions of identity and work are changing. Everybody has a story to tell. And expects the change to tell it. The global meme of “story” is shifting the boundaries of business and culture. In a low trust world, we are learning how to re-story reality for ourselves. The New Language of Business In today’s episode I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the evolution of storytelling, and its implications on the process of change-making, innovation, and cultural renewal. And sharing some reflections on my own storied path and continued learnings.
