Smart host, annoying show

I wanted to like it. I really, really did.

But I just tried listening to my 3rd TWIST show. I just don't.

Jason is great, has excellent business acumen and vision, and is someone who says things worth listening to, but this show doesn't do it for me.

Lacks polish, always starts late, and always starts with banter that is Jasoncentric. It's his show, and while I appreciate his success and interested in his guests, the self stroking gets a little old.

There are nuggets of wisdom that I am really interested in, but I just can't get through a full show without being annoyed.

This is an excellent podcast for anyone involved in a startup.

If you are an entrepreneur, employee or code monkey at a startup, you need to listen to this podcast. Jason gives you blunt opinions, facts and advice from the battlefield; he'll also take time to define terms, like CMS, for the newbies. You will learn a lot from this show! The show is a little loose right now, but I'm sure it will tighten up as Calacanis gets in a groove.

Another Hit

Jason Calacanis is not only an amazing businessman, but very entertaining in every show that he participates. My favorite Twit Episodes are always when Jason appears and my favorite Gillmor Gang is the week Jason went crazy. ;) I'm very happy to have another show to look forward to every week.
