Great Stay

The stuff of the hotel are very welcoming from the beginning of my stay until the end and i could not ask more!

The guest experience Ahmed is the best where he has helped during my stay going and exploring Rome through recommendations( restaurants,shops to visit) also prepared a surprise in my room where he made a great set of Valentine’s flower with the help of Alexandra which made our night lovely and memorable!

Would love to thank all the stuff which made my experience great! Definitely coming back again!

Stay Away from Booking

My family and I have been using this app for more than 10 years. It was so good and so supportive for its customers. However, the last week I had a too bad experience with their customer service. I had a confirmed reservation to a hotel and that hotel didn’t show me what I requested. Then, I told the hotel that this is not what I have chosen in Booking and I am going to raise a complain to the booking regarding that. Once I picked up my phone to call them, the customer service told me that you have to wait 30 minutes and we will return back to you to resolve this issue with you. After waiting 30 minutes, I didn’t not receive a call and instead of that I received a link to another hotel as an offer from booking. That hotel was a little bit away from the center and is worse than what you expect from booking. So, I call them again and reject that and asked them to find another best hotel for me and my family. They said, we are sorry because you have arrived at 6.00 pm and you should checked in at 4.00 pm. They support the old hotel because that guy was from the same nationality. Then I have to make another reservation for my family and I in other hotel without using Booking. I strongly suggest keeping away from booking and try to find other choices online which are better and can handle their customers with much more respect and loyalty.

Worst customer service support

I have booked an apartment from them and the property asked me to transfer the their account,, I have checked with booking by email, app messages and by phone and they confirmed the payment is safe..
I reached london and I did not find the driver from the property.. I called Booking support and they asked me to wait until the property office open..
then I tried to call them more that 5 times and the told me that they system is not working and they can not support me,,
I went to the property address and there was no apartment, I was waiting in the street with my family and our luggage in the street waiting for booking reply,,
After 4 hour I got a message (Only) from booking telling me that the prooerty is closed and offering me an option with less room number and very far from my location,,
I have to search my self for other options..
When booking know that I have booked my stay during my stay in london they told me that they will refund the amount and the difference to me..

But unfortunately nothing happened and they reply was “we offered you two option but you did not reply to us” Knowing that I did and reply to their unacceptable options..

I used to book all my stays from booking but after this extremely bad experience definitely I will not use it again..
