Hello tango,

Thanks for your incredible work, i love tango so much, last update there was a problem with iPhone users when they are trying to see their friends in private, please fix that problem with next update. Thank you

‏12 messages and no response

The system deducted the coins from my account and deducted the diamonds from 2 of my friends one day after sending the gifts. I submitted a complaint to customer service immediately, and now 11 weeks have passed since the first message to customer service, and a total of 12 complaints were submitted because of that error. Unfortunately, no complaints were received by customer service. M9 I was asked here to send the details via the Tango email, and two emails were sent in which I present the complaint details with pictures, and also no one answered The system message says that I have performed a recovery process, which is not true. I just changed the Visa card for withdrawing money and put a new one only. That's when I got this system message. And the next day, the diamond was deducted from my friends. Coins have been deducted from my account. This is all because of your fault Why make a list of customer service when there are no employees serving us. What is the point of that if you put it for decoration only. 11 weeks and 12 complaints without receiving an answer. This is called apathy and lack of any credibility or conscience. Only just words you write that you serve the customer. I hope that this money will be like the Zaqqum tree, and I will not forgive the developer and those responsible for customer service. This is considered stealing from the system. But nobody listened

Suspended account

Can i know what i did to not let me download the app ? And why it’s blocked for my device ? I see people without clothes and people doing and writing very bad comments what i never do but i have suspending my account from you tango admin and all what i can say thank you
