Having played together for a number of years in their small suburbia of Skelleftea, Sweden, Dan Larsson (vocals/ bass) and Mohammed Khan (drums/ keyboards) started Jupither in 1997 after the recruitment of guitarists Olov Nilzen and Christopher Falkman. With this lineup having less than a year's experience under their belt, their EP debut, It's Planetary, was released in 1998 on SPEECH Records complete with catchy guitar riffs, power pop and all.
