Customer Reviews
Fakes and re-makes, not the original hits
At least some of these, including "Indian Reservation" by Paul Revere and the Raiders, and "Lonely Boy" by Andrew Gold are re-makes, not the original hits. Other songs are apparently not even by the original group, e.g. "Rubberband Man" by "The The Spin" (rather than by The Spinners (yes, I listened and it's not the case that this is the original hit and someone just mistyped the name of The Spinners)).
If some are fakes, then probably all of them are.
WARNING: Not the originals!
I second the review from mgilkey - these are not the original hits. I sampled at least 27 of these, all of which I grew up with and most of which I already have, and ALL of them were re-recorded and don't sound like the originals. The original artists are singing, but not the same way as in the original, and the arrangements are different somehow (usually different instruments).
So keep looking to get the tunes you remember and love. Don't bother with these.
