Why?
Why did such an awesome and original band make flimsy covers of songs that are either outdated, grossly cliche, or both? I just don't understand it. Beating a dead horse much?
Absolutely Great
This is probably a very rare instance where a cover is better than the original song. Well, that actually goes for each and every track on this album. Party in the USA is actually bearable! Long Distance Call is also made better thanks to Monk's kickass bass. Their cover of Under Control sounds more like The Strokes than the original Strokes song. This album, although entirely composed of covers, is simply amazing especially for it all being recorded in ten days.
they should be huge
i don't have to listen to it all. they can not make bad music. one day, the world will wake up and listen to tpc. champ was the best
