Marty Sammon and Tom Holland - A Perfect Match
Marty Sammon and Tom Holland join forces and dish out some of the best, original, Chicago blues to date. These guys grew up in the same southside neighborhood of Chicago and honed their craft and cut their teeth by sneaking into blues bars across the area while they were still underage. Both flourished in their own blues style and have become prominent artists of their own. Marty is the "keyboard madman" behind Buddy Guy these days and Tom is the lefthanded guitarist for James Cotton. From the opening tune of "You and That Sack", one can already envision what's in store on the rest of the album. These tunes, some original, and some covered, will have you boppin' in no time!! ENJOY
190 Baby Love it
I've had the pleesure of seeing Marty play for a few years now with and with out Mr. Buddy Guy. I have a few of Marty's CD's and have to say WOW MAN I DIG IT !!!! When we chated last week I really enjoyed the vibe you where laying down but I gotta say man this album rocks. Cant wait to se what else you guys come out with. See you in Vegas... Lil D in the 252 or sometimes in the 561
