something to think about

I just saw a rockapella concert three days ago, and i have to say that they are pretty amazing. the beat boxing guy (or the drum guy, i guess. i believe his name is Thatcher) is awesome. it's so amazing that they can all sound this good without any music. i haven't heard them too much, but the little bit that i did, it was awesome. i don't know about this CD (i haven't heard it), but they definately rock!

Their best album yet!

Rockapella is amazing and this is one of their best albums yet! Here is my verdict on the some of the songs that are on this album. That's the Way: Great song! It is full of love and great beats. People Change: Slow smooth song that flows right into your heart Tempted: Very beaty song! Great rhythm! This Isn't Love: Great song! Unlike most of the songs on the album, this song is about betraying love and not true love. Is it in you?: Sweet song....what more can I say? Bring Some Love: Luv this song! It's pop-like yet very smooth Where would We be?: Another sweet song. Just one of the songs that could put you to sleep. All that comes to mind: Another excellent song! Keeps a constant beat throughout the whole song. Blah Blah Blah: Another song like This isn't love. Another one of the best!

these guys are amazing.

I love these guys. They have great vocals, and it's amazing what they are able to do without instruments or vocal editing. It's almost hard to believe that this is real! I saw these guys in concert last year, and I have to say that this music is totally worth the 10$ you have to pay for it. Theres just this one song that's not on any of their songs: California Sad-eyed Girl. I LOVE that song, but I'm not finding it anywhere. Anyway, this is the most amazing singing group ever. Buy the album.

Rockapella successfully modernized the art of a cappella performing, texturing their rich five-part vocals with elements of rock, jazz, R&B and doo-wop. The group was formed during the mid-'80s by Brown University students Sean Altman (tenor) and Elliott Kerman (baritone), who met while members of the school's male a cappella ensemble the High Jinks. They soon formed a spin-off streetcorner group dubbed the Lunchtime Specials, gradually evolving into Rockapella — although other members...
