I've Never Been To Me...
...Spent years searching for this one - so glad I found it! Charlene was/is a fine singer in several languages - more international so not really known in the US. A couple of her english songs made it over here - this one speaks to you - very appealing. I am sorry she didn't do more work in english.
Bruce Willis RESPECT YOURSELF!!
Bruce WIllis is AWESOME!! I wish I could c him in concert. But from other reviews I've heard he's good. Just say FORGET the other songs and buy "Respect Yourself" I never knew he could really sing till I heard this song. He's an actor, Music Artist, and a great father! He's just a very talented smexy person! SO...Hope that helps! But if it doesnt OH WELL! Just take my word for it from a major Bruce Willis fan! The songs good.
RE: I've Never Been to Me
I bought Charlene's album on vinyl back when it originally came out & have been looking all over for this song at a reasonable price (I'm not willing to spend the $50 some people were charging just to get a single song). I had never heard Bruce Willis sing before and was suprised that he is quite good, but other posters are correct - this is a good selection of R&B from the 80's so don't focus on Bruce, enjoy the entire album.
