Album Review
20th Century Masters - The Millennium Collection: The Best of Wang Chung gathers 11 of the English synth pop group's definitive songs, including their biggest hits "Everybody Have Fun Tonight," "Dance Hall Days," and "To Live and Die in LA," their last big single, 1989's "Praying to a New God," and the trip-hoppy "Space Junk," a track they recorded for the 1997 retrospective Everybody Wang Chung Tonight: Wang Chung's Greatest Hits. This compilation doesn't try to compete with the depth and breadth of Everybody Wang Chung Tonight, though it does offer several interesting album tracks like "Wait," "Don't Be My Enemy," and "Let's Go!," as well as the single "Hypnotize Me" from the Innerspace soundtrack. Overall, 20th Century Masters - The Millennium Collection: The Best of Wang Chung works as a concise time capsule of the group's best work and is ideal for casual fans.

The Ultimate Wang Chung Collection for Casual Listeners
by Morea37Unless if you are a Wang Chung fanatic (such as myself), then this CD will cover the entire band's career for you in about 52 minutes. No filler, just the hits. From their first big hit in 1984, "Dance Hall Days", to their 1986 zeitgeist, "Everybody Have Fun Tonight", to their final single from 1989, "Praying to a New God", and to a new song recorded by the band in 1997, "Space Junk", this album does not fall flat. Plus, the sound is impecabble. You can virtually feel (not just hear) every strum of the guitar and the magic vocals of Jack Hues (plus Nick Feldman on "Let's Go"). If you want this soundtrack and more, I recommend buying their 1997 compilation, "Everybody Wang Chung Tonight: Wang Chung's Greatest Hits". If you still want more of the band, then either download their two studio albums ("Points on the Curve" and "To Live and Die in L.A.") here on iTunes and/or buy their studio albums from Amazon.com. and upload them to your music library. But, if you don't want to spend the money or if you are not a big fan of Wang Chung, then just buy the album. So long as you are a casual listener, then this album will suffice.
Dance Hall Days
by Chicago 5Dance Hall Days is by far one of my most listened songs on my Ipod. So far I've played it on average of 87 times. I can't get enough of this song, or band, both ways I think this is worth the dollar.
