Album Review
Like most entries in Universal Music's Millennium Collection (previously the province of MCA Records), The Best of Temptations, Vol. 1: The '60s is a solid budget-line collection containing 11 of their biggest hits from the '60s, including "My Girl," "I Can't Get Next to You," "Ain't to Proud to Beg," and "The Way You Do the Things You Do." There may be a few hits missing and serious listeners will probably like a more extensive compilation, but this is nevertheless an excellent bargain for its price.

This is my favorite band of all the 60's Soul!
by mom2boxerdogsOkay, I am older than dirt, but I have to tell you I was thrilled to find this cd. I absolutely love it!
Disappointing
by Hanks77I found the sound to be less than hi-fidelity, a bit trebelly and beware, it's 20th Century Masters, but the audio hasn't been "remastered." In fact, some songs are still in monoaural mode (for those born after the 1960s, that means no stereo.) Another major flaw: "Just My Imagination" - perhaps Ruffin's greatest gem - is not included. You have to spend another buck to get that separately. My recommendation: pick and choose songs. That way, you don't have to pay for such clunkers as "State of Confusion."
fantastic
by Disturbing tha peaceI must say that this band is only band that i am absolutly in love with...that rating i gave isn't even good enough....this is the best band in the entire world and its ashame that they couldn't stay longer...anybody who believes otherwise i only have 2 words to say...you're weird....
