FANIA ALL STARS LOOK OUT! PR ALL STARS coming LIVE in 2011!!!
Great compilation from this legendary band!! This was remixed and remastered from the original tapes in celebration of the 35th Anniversary of the group. The biggest surprise is that the band has been put back together for touring. All of the original singers & musicians will be participating. Unfortunately, MARVIN SANTIAGO, JUANCITO TORRES & MARIO ORTIZ will only be there in spirit!
The first band rehearsal went through without a hitch last night March 8, 2011. Everyone was prepared and pumped! The musicians and singers cold not believe how good the band sounds. PAPO LUCCA was speechless!!!!!! I was there.
Lead by PAPO LUCCA, musical direction by LOUIS GARCIA, the band will DEBUT in PUERTO RICO on Sunday MARCH 20, 2011 at the DIA DE LA SALSA concert by Z-93 in SAN JUAN. If you are lucky to be there, you will be a part of history. There will be a press conference on WEDNESDAY MARCH 16th with all of the singers talking about the concert and announcing the WORLD TOUR!! Salsa music needs something like this to give some life back to what has been a stale industry for some time!!!!!! FANIA ALL STARS LOOK OUT!!!!!!!!!
