Missing
Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Green Day, Pearl Jam, U2, Offspring, Weezer, Alice In Chains. Come on...
Where are the REAL 90's Songs?!!?!
Since alot of the music from the 90's is awesome, I figured this would be a good collection. Well guess what. None of this music defined the 90's. If you watched VH1's Top 100 Songs of the 1990's, you know what I'm talking about. The music isn't bad, but these songs and artists did not shape the 90's. Where are the artists and songs such as Green Day, Blink 182, The Goo Goo Dolls' "Iris," NIRVANA, the BoDeans' "Closer To Free," etc? Even artists I HATE like Britney Spears and Madonna are not included. So do not buy, or if you're going to buy ANY song on here, by "Found Out About U," bu the Gin Blossoms.
A Good Supplement to your Library
I actually like the fact that this album eschews the major bands of the 90s and aims more toward one-hit wonders. I already have Nirvana and Pearl Jam and all that other noise, but this album makes a nice addition and gathers up all the singles I would want from the decade that I don't otherwise have.
