not a bluegrass fan here
... but the wild horses version i love. probably because these songs are so good - even in bluegrass they resonant on a different level. 4 stars for the wild horses version.
nice play on the music and a awesome tribute
i like both blue grass and the stones, and this is a well played combination of the two- maybe its not for everyone, so if you dont like it,move on and quit down playing it
For bluegrass fans only
If you're a bluegrass fan, you'll probably like this album. If you're a Rolling Stones fan, you probably won't. Honeywagon is very talented(their Blink-182 tribute was exceptional). And personally, I can't comprehend why Green Day fans see it as their duty to criticize and berate all of Honeywagon's work just because they didn't like the Green Day tribute. Maybe I would understand if I was in 6th grade.
