Today you came and performed at my school OHMS. I really didn't understand why my dad, James liked your music so much untill i saw you perform. You were great and very intertaining. I wont be able to give my dad the note you wrote him untill tomorrow and i cant wait. He will really like it and hopefully he gets better soon. I give you five stars all together and i hope you keep playing and composing. Thanks for being such a good guy and writing some good music.

this album rocks

I love this album. It has some of the most inspirational songs!

Very Inspirational

This is another one of his great albums. This album is a little more personal to me and my family. Christopher's Song was written for my nephew who was born with Hypo-plastic Left Heart Syndrome back in 1993. He is still alive today and soon to be awaiting a new heart.
Each one of Jon's songs has a story behind it. Makes them a little more personal for each of us since we can relate to many of them.

Classical style new age composer and pianist Jon Schmidt was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. His parents were German immigrants with a taste for classical music. Schmidt performed in piano recitals at the age of eight. Before he was in his teens, he began to compose music of his own, could easily play "Mozart Sonatas," and had appeared on stage with his musician father often.
