A must have for any guitar Fan
Andy is for sure a up and coming guitar player. His diverse playing is beyond unreal. He grew up playing Tennessee Bluegrass on Mandolin then moved to guitar and just smokes it. Highlights of the album are the songs "Fallen Hero" & "Shredneck" . This album has Shred to ballads to Bluegrass. Something for everyone.
Not bad
This cd is pretty good. A lot of cool guitar riffs. You should pick this cd up no joke. Also Check out "The Turner Project". I found this group here on iTunes great guitar player it's a 3 song EP very cool stuff.!!!

Definitely a lot of variety to be found here, with no shortage of passion. Highly recommended!
If I had a complaint, it would be the lack of flow between several songs, and that -- to me, at least -- a few of the tracks sound a bit too reminiscent of other artists at times...
"Chelmsford" and Guthrie Govan, "Shades of Gray" and Eric Johnson (strictly on the clean parts though), and I thought "Emergence Day" sounded a hell of a lot like Andy James' material on "In the Wake of Chaos". The songs are still Wood, of course, but I would've liked to have heard a slightly more distinctive voice across all of the tracks.
Nonetheless, solid stuff abound so definitely check it out for yourself!
