Customer Reviews

Good song, smooth.

Reminds me of a mix between Sneaker Pimps and NIN. Great production and very smooth.

Nine Inch Nails - Reznor vocals

This is very much Nine Inch Nails minus Reznor vocals which is not a bad thing... It has been done with David Bowie (I'm afraid of Americans remix) And Marilyn Manson(Antchrist Superstar album is basically written by Reznor and Ramirez, who would later join Nin) Peter Gabriel (Growing up remix) Many other artist have been remixed by Reznor and most recently Saul Williams last album Niggy Tardust was basically Nin with a different frontman. As mentioned before it has been over a decade since Reznor said he wanted to work with a female vocalist and it has finally come and it only required him to marry a female vocalist... This initial single will be very familiar to those who are fans of Reznor's more meloncholey gloom rock work such as The Fragile(The day the world went away), And all that could have been(The song by the same title), With Teeth(Right were it belongs), Year Zero(Zero-Sum) or most recently The Slip (Echoplex). The song is a worthy purchase but im hoping further songs will reveal more depth and range on the behalf of the vocal style as they are very subdued and more like spoken word then singing.

The female Fragile

This song is strongly reminiscent of the Fragile, with excellent female vocals. Mariqueen has a voice that pairs really well with Trent's Fragilesque instrumental. It's new enough that I am not bored, but sounds familiar enough that I'm not crying over his starting a new band. I love it. I've already listened to it 194 times and I foresee 194 more.
