Customer Reviews

To all "old afi" fans

1. This is an amazing cd so buy it 2. I'm really sick of everyone who thinks they should "conform" to the hxc/punk scene and hop on the AFI bash bandwagon. I personally have liked AFI for about 8 1/2 years, and this band has matured and produced some of the best albums. A great example being the Cure cover on this CD, OBVIOUSLY a HUGE influencer, and now the band is making music that sounds much more like the cure than anything else. If they would have put out sing the sorrow without being on mtv and fuse and flown under the radar every insecure idiot who likes "old AFI" would praise it, get our OWN opinon like any music no matter how popular or unpopular. dont be a tool.

Great EP, We need a new album!

Firstly, I want to let the previous reviewer Tomby and anyone else know that iTunes incorrectly put this A.F.I. EP under the wrong band. They have all of A.F.I.'s albums under A.F.I. and then they have these 2 EP's under AFI (no periods). It's an easy mistake and iTunes should fix it. Secondly, 4 great songs here, with The Hanging Garden being my favorite. A.F.I. rules!

Chalker was replaced by Geoff Kresge after eight months, and the band played several local gigs and released a split 7", Dork, with fellow Ukiah natives Loose Change (a band that incidentally included...
