Twin sisters Claudia and Alley Deheza join Philip Wann for the beautiful headache that is On! Air! Library! The post-rock/experimental trio formed in 1998 while the three were balancing random day jobs in New York City. Borrowing their name from an African documentary that starred an old man who read books on a radio show called The On Air Library, On! Air! Library! honed their moody pop stylings by playing various parties in and around the boroughs of New York. A deal with Arena Rock was cemented...
