One of the finest honky-tonk albums of the seventies

An upbeat, yet sentimental album from one of the more popular artists from the "outlaw" country music genre in Texas. This is probably Jerry Jeff's greatest contribution and he even manages not to slur his speech too much during the live songs. I would definitely recommend buying both vol.1 and vol.2. If you like this type of music another artist to consider would be Gary Stewart.
