Customer Reviews

Alternative Press knows nothing about reviewing albums.

For anyone who happened to read the album review in Alternative Press magazine, you undoubtedly will agree that Vanna got brutally bashed. However, there is nothing that could be further from the truth than what was said in that review. Vanna has returned with their most eclectic sounding album yet. While they took a slightly different approach with a ton of melodic riffs and feel good lyrics, they have also kept to their name-sake and thrown in some brutal break downs that any fan will be glad to mosh to. This album combines the sounds of their past two (The Search Party Never Came, Curses). For those of you who appreciated that unending brutality of Curses, this album may take some getting used to. However, for any fan of Vanna, it is an album that can be listened to with pleasure.

Perfect for post-hardcore fans

If you listen to Underoath or A Day To Remember, you'll love Vanna. Even fans of the heavier Norma Jean will find some tracks incredible (such as Trashmouth). The album is definately a step forward for Boston's Vanna. Get this album. It's heavy with the perfect amount of melodies. Five Stars.

WOW

WOW, what can i say. This album is PERFECT from start to finish!. Let's Have an Earthquake is the perfect way to start off the album and The Sun Sets Here ends the album flawlessly. The Same Graceful Wind is by far my favorite track from A New Hope. Any true Vanna fans wont be disappointed with this and should pick it up right now if you haven't!!!! <3<3 Vanna Forever!!

The band parted ways with Bragel for personal reasons in February 2006, and a new vocalist,...
