Album Review

The follow-up to Honor Society's 2008 EP of the same name, A Tale of Risky Business, Pt. 2 features more of the soulful ensemble's melodic pop/rock. Once again featuring lead vocalist Michael Bruno, Honor Society deliver a mix of rock and R&B on this, the band's third EP. Always catchy and yearning, the tracks on A Tale of Risky Business, Pt. 2 bring to mind a mix of Maroon 5 and the Jonas Brothers, and should appeal to longtime fans.

Life Changing

Honor Society has, once again, produced an amazing, danceable, life changing CD!! These four gentleman have poured their hearts and lives into this CD and their love for their music and their fans is very apparent. This CD shows us that they are, in fact, capable of so many genres. The musical talent that they showcase just proves to the world that they have what it takes to be in the rankings of musical greatness. With a production team including the amazing Adam Blackstone, Honor Society will be taking this world by storm. From sexy, sensual songs like "Gentleman After Dark" to ballads like "Hurricane", Honor Society never ceases to amaze me and those who have heard any of their musical genius. All of the musical epilogues, interludes and intermissions are perfect, musically amazing, and cause any musician to desire to their level of greatness. Honor Society is here to stay!!

Gentlemanly class, autumn romance, and rock perfection.

I got this album signed and numbered from their site (number 343, which is still beyond unbelievable to me!), and it sounds as fantastic here in Itunes form as it does on CD. The four gentlemen who make up Honor Society are four of the most genuine guys out there - both in terms of their personalities and their musical talents. They are kind and lovely and truly care about their fans, and their music speaks to everything that makes them who they are - strong, passionate, amazing, and always fun. They love making music and it shows here in every way. They seamlessly blend various musical influences together to create something that is all their own. There's a magical kind of honesty about it that tends to be rare in the music industry nowadays. I am so proud to be a fan and so proud of the direction they're taking. If you've never heard of them before, PLEASE check them out - you won't regret it! Their refreshing, addictive sound will draw you in immediately, and the sincerity of the band's members will keep you around. Much love and MUCH DUH. <333

I couldn't be prouder!!

I still remember the first A Tale of Risky Business Album when I randomly stumbled across it on iTunes because it came up in an alternative section I was scrolling through. Since that day I have been a fan of these wonderful gentlemen and this album is honestly some of their best work musically and poetically. Michael Bruno's voice is to die for and the instrumentals on these tracks are sick. Can't wait to see you guys on tour! SO PROUD <3

Years Active: '00s

Mixing adult savvy with the R&B-influenced songcraft of teen pop, Honor Society began making headlines in 2009 via a series of connections with the Jonas Brothers. Drummer Alex Noyes had previously performed in the Jonas Brothers' backing band, and the siblings maintained an interest in Noyes' musical projects after he left the lineup. Meanwhile, singer/guitarist Michael Bruno, keyboardist Jason Rosen, and bassist Andrew Lee toured the New York City club circuit under the name "Airborne", although...
