Nice One..!
Man this is cool... A buddy of mine told me to check this out and once I did I was hooked..! Bought it from iTunes right away. Why do we not here new talent like this on the airwaves..? I just don't get it..? Anyways killer production as well as raw talent oozes from this album. Several of the songs sound as though they where built as soundtrack tunes for movies or TV dramas. Either way the songs are packed with emotional lyrics delivered tastefully to the ear, by an obviously inspired artist. Thank god for word of mouth otherwise I may have totally missed this one. It's nice to be on the inside and clued in..! Hopefully someone will put the proper weight behind this cat and the rest of the world will be clued in as well. It's always nice to be the first to find that diamond in the rough and then sit back and watch as the rest of civilization catches up and then freaks out over something you've known about for some time. Several of the tracks are great cross-country driving tracks. A couple of them you can’t resist turning up to eleven and just jamming out loud. A couple of them are a bit emotionally painful and make for good breakup & makeup anthems. Several of the songs (like I said before) sound like title tracks to either the opening or closing of TV shows or movies. (Opening and closing credits songs) Either way... It wouldn't surprise me a bit if we find ourselves calling Aaron the new breakout artist here in the near future. And then you can say you where clued in first here by me...(Ha, ha...) Not really... Someone else tipped me of too..! But I defiantly dig it..! And in the spirit of being cool and passing along the love I just thought you’d like to know too..! WOW!! the best real rock you haven't heard - yet.....
Holy cr@p! this has got to be the best record i have heard in a couple of years. Mr. Barnhart is a STUNNING talent, I can't believe this is the first of his music I've heard on iTunes. If you like real rock, acoustic/piano driven this is the stuff for you!
Great Debut!
If you enjoy singer/songwriters, this is an excellent addition to your music library. It is smooth from start to finish, and this new artist seems to have a bright future ahead of him. I completely enjoyed and recommend this album.
