A masterwork from a band you've never heard of
This is one of the most intriguing and powerful noise/psychedelic/rock albums that you may have never had a chance to hear without online stores. Tolchock deliver a mix of cacophony and rich, lush and dare I say, listenable tunes. This is one of those albums to listen to as an album, to put on the headphones and just release. You might be dancing to one track, and floating in sleepy drone the next. It's easy enough to be acceptable for mass consumption, but challenging enough to bring you back for more. Stand-out singles include Sheepshead, Little Pieces and Goldbugs, but take a chance on the whole album, and be greatly rewarded. I personally listened to it every day during a month of recovery from major surgery, and never tired of it.
